Hi Denise and Kim.....just had house appraised for new small loan. Appraisal came in at $475,000 (Over $100,000 higher than my purchase 4 months ago!).. isn't that fantastic? Denise and Kim were fantastic! We did a long-distance sale and we were so happy to know that Denise and Kim was there and taking care of everything. We met with 3 realtors. They advised listing the house for 15 K more than the other two. The house sold for 5 K more than list price, so theye knew the market best. They are sincere and hard working. We first met Denise at an open house in Sun City Palm Desert. We did not have an agent yet, but when we met her we knew she would be perfect for us.
